Return & Exchange

  • You can return back Attar or Perfume impression which does not satisfy you.
  • It will take 5-7 working working days to process your request.
  • We return or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
  • We have no return policy on 3ml attars
  • At least 95% of the Attar or Perfume Impression should be present in the bottle.

1. Who can apply for the Return?

Incase you are unsatisfied with the fragrance you purchased and would like to replace it, you are most welcome to send it back to our warehouse by contacting us via Whats App message at 03092264036 within 7 days of the delivery date.

You can not claim for the return or exchange policy if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

2. How to apply for Return?

  • To return an item, please Whats App us at 03092264036 with the return reason and order details
  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to our warehouse.

3. When will it be processed?

  • We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt.
